The website SHOES4U.GR is an online store selling products via the internet (hereinafter referred to as the "online store" or "website") of the Greek sole proprietorship Olga
Martseki with the distinctive title ZARKADI (Tax Identification Number 029883727, G.E.MI. 31045329000) Ioannina (Korai 5) and will be mentioned below for the sake of brevity.
Website visitors who enter and trade or use the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as "visitors" or "users" or "customers") are invited to consult the following terms
and conditions applicable to the use of the website place. The actions of the users on the website, such as browsing, purchasing products and using the services of the online store imply the unconditional acceptance of these terms without exception.
If a user does not agree with these terms then he must responsibly refrain from visiting, using the website as well as from any transaction with the services of the online store.

The Company is committed to the validity and completeness of the information provided in the online store in terms of the identity of the Company and the services provided through the online store. In any case, the Company is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries that were made by mistake or have occurred unintentionally due to technical malfunctions of the website or due to force majeure. The Company has the right to correct these problems whenever it realizes their existence. The Company does not guarantee the availability of the products exhibited in the online store but is committed to timely informing the final consumers about their non-availability.

The Company reserves the exclusive right, without any prior notice, to discontinue the use of passwords to the services of the online store and / or to discontinue the distribution of its content to visitors / users who believe that they have violated these terms of use. The

Transaction security and personal data

Pricing policy
The prices of the products listed in the online store are the final ones, including VAT. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to visitors / users of the online store. Regardless of the change of prices, the visitor / user will always pay the value stated on the products at the time of placing his order.
In some product categories and / or selected products, the so-called "Web offers" apply, where the prices of the products in the online store differ from their counterparts in the physical store and apply only to purchases through the online store. The Company advises consumers to control and be aware of the difference in the prices of Web offers in order to avoid or resolve disputes that may arise in their transactions with the store.
Product availability
The visitors / users of the website are informed about the availability of the products through the respective websites of each product in the online store. For these products, a strict order of time priority is observed in the execution of purchases / orders, including online purchases, as well as purchases made in the physical store.
The Company reserves the right to make its products available if they are not available at the time of the order. In this case, the Company reserves the right not to accept the specific order and therefore not to prepare the sale. Any payments already made will be refunded to customers without undue delay, in the same way that customers chose to pay for their order.
The availability of products available through the online store may differ from the availability of products available through the physical store. For this reason there are products that may be available for purchase from physical stores and not from the online store and vice versa.
Purchase products through the online store
Website users can browse the online store web pages using the main navigation menu always located at the top of the web pages. The products of the online store are divided into categories and subcategories in order to better navigate and find the desired products.
Users can collect the products they are interested in using the shopping cart. The collection of a product is done by clicking the "Add to cart" button having first selected the quantity and characteristics of the product (eg color and size) where they are available. Users can add or remove products to the shopping cart until they complete their order.
To complete the order, users must log in to the website using the passwords they have if they are already registered members or by registering a new member. If they do not wish to register as members of the online store, they can proceed with their order online as regular visitors. In this case you will need to submit the form "Login as a guest" to confirm information necessary to place the order.
Users can then complete their order through simple steps where they will complete and check the billing details of the order as well as the payment and shipping methods.
In the case of payment by credit card, users upon completion of their order will be transferred to the National Bank system for the card billing process.

Cancel orders
The visitors / users of the online store have the opportunity to cancel their order only if the item has not yet been invoiced and given for shipment by the Company. Order cancellation can be done in the following ways:

Upon cancellation, the customer must state the exact details of his order. The cancellation does not take place unless a relevant confirmation is sent by the Company by e-mail to the customer.
In case the customer has paid the value of his approved order before the cancellation statement, then the Company must return the value received to the customer within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days using the same means of payment that the customer used. for the initial transaction.
Product returns / Right of withdrawal
The company advises consumers when unpacking to unpack and inspect products to confirm the absence of defects. Every order that leaves the warehouse of the SHOES4U.GR online store is thoroughly checked that it meets all the specifications and that the products are in excellent condition, however there is always the possibility of error.
The customers of the online store have the right to return the products they bought within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if:
The security label is still intact and stuck to the products. The products must not be worn, washed or modified in any way, and must not show signs of use.
Shoe soles should be in excellent condition and have no marks. Products must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, cases, etc.) received.
Shoes and accessories should be returned with their original boxes, which should not be damaged or modified or used as an outer box for shipment.
Products must be packed in the packaging received. Include the original receipt / invoice with the returned package.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer of the online store must inform the Company of his decision to withdraw, by written statement, by postal letter or by sending an e-mail to info @ shoes4u.gr. In addition the customer can fill in the relevant withdrawal form found in SHOES4U.GR and send it to the Company in the same ways as mentioned above.
With product returns the customer is charged with shipping costs which are € 10.80, except in cases where:
• In case of the fault of the online store, the order was executed incorrectly (error in invoicing or shipping) or upon delivery the item had packaging completely or for the most part damaged. In these cases the customer may not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning.
• The product is defective or problematic and if it is verified by an authorized employee of the store and you should follow the above instructions: SHOES4U reserves the right to request that you send a photo related to the defect or problem of the goods before the return is approved. Where possible, SHOES4U will repair the defective product.
Products that have any signs of use or wear should be returned to the customer. SHOES4U reserves the right to refuse return of a product that is not approved or shipped in accordance with the return policy described above.
In case of unauthorized or non-approved returns, the goods will be returned to the customer at the shipping address indicated in the original order.
If an unauthorized return is accepted, SHOES4U will deduct a 10% of the transaction value to reimburse the administrative costs.
Returns of products charged by the Company will be made either by personnel and means of transport of the Company or through its distributor.
The refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer is completed within 14 calendar days from the date the Company is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. The Company is entitled to delay the refund until it receives the goods back or until the customer provides proof that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.
The Company will execute the above refund using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial transaction unless there is an agreement between the two for something different.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• Products that are not suitable for return for health reasons or for hygiene reasons such as swimwear, underwear, etc.
• Products that may deteriorate or expire soon.
• Products that are manufactured or modified individually according to the customer's specifications (eg clothes, shoes, etc.).

The hyperlinks contained in this website lead to online store pages or in some rare cases may lead the user to go to websites and websites of third party providers, companies, etc.
These websites and websites are not under the control of the Company and therefore the Company is not responsible for the contents contained therein. The Company provides these links in its online store, only to facilitate the use of the online store, their use is not mandatory for the visitor / user and the fact that they are contained in the online store SHOES4U.GR does not imply that the Company approves or accepts their content.
Newsletters
Visitors to the website can subscribe to the online store newsletter recipient lists. The content of these bulletins is the intellectual property of the Company and is therefore protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law and international conventions.

Applicable Law and other terms
All the above terms and conditions of the present as well as any modification are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that may arise from the use of the SHOES4U.GR website, the competent courts of Ioannina have jurisdiction.
